Support the execution of regional logistics projects across APAC, primarily in high-tech and data center deployments. Assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and operational readiness. Ensure smooth day-to-day execution, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking under the guidance of the Regional Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Support & Coordination

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource lists.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain project documentation including scope, deliverables, and status updates.

2. Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate communication between branches, vendors, carriers, and clients.
• Schedule and document meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
• Ensure alignment on goals, constraints, and responsibilities.

3. Operational Readiness

• Support Day-0/Go-Live activities including site prep, rack moves, and equipment handling.
• Ensure checklists and safety protocols are followed during execution.
• Assist in handover to operations or control tower post-launch.

4. Risk & Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct preliminary site surveys and assist in risk assessments.
• Help document EHS controls, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance during project execution.

5. Resource & Vendor Coordination

• Track availability and deployment of personnel, equipment, and tools.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Support procurement and logistics tracking.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Collect and compile data on delivery timelines, safety incidents, and quality metrics.
• Prepare weekly reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
• Investigate and document issues such as delays or damages.

7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain project records, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Assist in creating training materials and SOPs for replication.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Suggest process improvements based on project learnings.
• Stay updated on tools and practices relevant to logistics and project execution.

9. Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks

• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, expense tracking, and travel coordination.
• Support other project-related tasks as assigned by the Regional Project Manager.

• - High Diploma or above with formal training in Logistics will be an advantage

• - 5 years or above relevant experience in forwarding company

• - Proficiency in PC applications including Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• - Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• - Able to work overtime and work under pressure

• - Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
