Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of warehouse setup, logistics operations, and freight solutions (primarily ocean, with potential air freight).
  • Coordinate closely with customer teams, ensuring project alignment with global supply chain requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Work with engineering and packaging teams to design safe, feasible containerization plans for oversized, heavy cargo (approx. 34 tons per unit).
  • Support transition from parts-only logistics to full product movement as production ramps up.
  • Ensure all documentation, compliance, and operational standards are met.
  • Monitor and report project milestones and KPIs to both internal leadership and the customer.
  • Collaborate with ocean freight teams to target future volume conversion from existing service providers
  • Maintain daily coordination with warehouse operators, customs, carriers, and vendors.
  • Act as a cultural and communication bridge between local Vietnamese teams and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Manufacturing Logistics, or large-scale warehouse projects.
  • Strong understanding of international freight (especially ocean freight) and complex cargo handling.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and freight operations.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt quickly to operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
