We are seeking an Operations Onboarding Trainer that will assist in the development, and facilitation of our Operations Onboarding Training Program. This new program will be a blend of Live, Instructor-led courses with supplemental e-learning content offered to all operational teammates (Air, Ocean, Domestic) hired within Asia. This is a new role reporting directly to the Training Program Manager. The ideal candidate would have experience in both Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding and be bilingual (Fluent in English and Chinese).
