About the job

We're on the hunt for experienced Sales Managers/Sale director Vietnam ! This is a hybrid sales position with a strong focus on acduiring new customers and nurturing to grow existing customers" portfolio. You play a critical role in driving AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS VN growth and revenue by continuously bringing in new clients. Your ability to identify and convert leads into customers is an asset for AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS VN.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • for achieving the stipulated sales target set by AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS VN.
  • seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers. This involves researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects.
  • seek out and generate leads through various means such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • and maintain strong relationships with existing/new customers to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to secure repeat business.
  • a deep understanding of the logistics solutions and services provided by AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS VN.
  • with customers to design tailored logistics solutions that align with their specific requirements and business objectives.
  • pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • the costs and risks associated with international trade. Partner closely with financial institutions or trade finance providers to identify the most suitable financial solutions that align with the specific trade requirements and risk management strategies.
  • informed about logistics industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
  • updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, especially when dealing with international logistics and transportation.
  • closely with cross-functional teams in the AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS VN, such as operations and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.

 

 

Proven track record of securing commercial results in a mid- sized commercial organization, ideally with international working experience

China trade lane experience a plus

Fluent in English, Vietnamese & Chinese a plus

Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills, commercially driven

Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • qualifications with proven 3 to 5 years" sales/ business development and trade finance experience in Logistics/Freight-forwarding.
  • and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • verbal and written communications in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors.
  • to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
  • proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills.
  • to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure.
