Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and activities include some or most of the followings: inventory control, warehousing management, transportation, import & export. Involving and working closely with

internal and external stakeholders such as production, Sourcing, finance, customer services, planning, 3PLs and customs.

HSE:

  • Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and materials storage.
  • Enforces warehouse good housekeeping according tocompany policies and HSE, 5S, C-TPAT standards are met.

Warehouse Operation:

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse' overall operations.
  • Setup layout & space management to maximize materials storage.
  • Manage physical stock control to avoid lost, missing and damaged.
  • Prepare and make sure the related reports submitted on time and accurately.
  • Follow up transaction in ERP against with actual movemernt activities.
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all warehouse operations.
  • Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities.
  • Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics.

Logistics Operation:

  • Oversee the overall logistics budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize logistics resources and prioritize spending.
  • Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
  • Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse and logistics by external or on the job training.
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse and logistics administration. Enhance well-being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
  • Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

Qualifications

Requiremenrts:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or similar field
  • Excellent understanding of Logistic & Warehouse processes and good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems, Microsoft AX preferred
  • Experience of min. 3 years as a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor/Assistant Manager is preferred.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, follow-up skIlls.
  • Detail Oriented with strategic & analytic mind
  • Project management and problem solving skills
  • Competent in team building, planning and decision making
  • Bilingual skills in English & Vietnamese with Fluency (Negotiation Level)
